TRAOU MAD®, the story of a biscuit factory anchored in Pont-Aven for more than 100 years!
The Traou Mad® biscuit factory was created in Pont-Aven by the baker Alexis Le Villain in 1920. Today, the Palets and Galettes de Pont-Aven® have become emblematic of the region. Still secretly made in our workshop in Pont-Aven, the recipe has remained unchanged for 100 years. Traou Mad selects simple and noble ingredients: fresh Breton butter, eggs from free-range hens in Finistère and flour processed by the Minotier Le Dérout in Pont-Aven.
