At our farm, just a stone’s throw from Rospico Cove, we produce artisanal spirulina. It is grown in greenhouse ponds, free from pesticides and GMOs, and contains no colourings or preservatives. As soon as the weather turns fine (from April through to October), it is harvested, pressed and then dried at a low temperature to preserve all its nutrients. It is then packaged in twig-shaped sachets.
The spirulina undergoes regular quality checks, carried out daily in the ponds, as well as in its dried form by an independent laboratory accredited by COFRAC (French Accreditation Committee).
